At Bombay Pizza By Post, we deliver fresh, chilled South Asian fusion pizzas straight to your door across mainland UK. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to most addresses within mainland United Kingdom.
We do not ship to:
- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands & Islands
- Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- International addresses

Delivery Method
All orders are shipped via DPD Next Day Delivery to ensure freshness. Pizzas are made to order and packed with insulation and ice packs to stay chilled during transit.
Dispatch Days & Order Cut-Off
We dispatch orders every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Orders must be placed by 2pm the day before your chosen dispatch date.
Orders placed after the cut-off will be shipped on the next available dispatch day. You can select your dispatch date during checkout.
Delivery Time
DPD delivers on the next working day after dispatch. You’ll receive tracking details via email or SMS once your parcel has been shipped.
Please ensure someone is available to receive and refrigerate your order. If the parcel is left unattended and the food spoils, we cannot accept liability.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.
We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time — stay tuned via our website and email updates.
Packaging & Freshness
All pizzas are chilled and shipped in insulated packaging with ice packs.
Please refrigerate immediately upon delivery and consume or freeze your pizzas by the date on the label.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home to receive the delivery and it spoils due to delays in refrigeration, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Always check your delivery confirmation and make sure someone is available to accept the parcel.
Delays Outside Our Control
We work closely with DPD but cannot guarantee delivery times during exceptional circumstances (e.g. bad weather, courier disruptions).
If your order is significantly delayed and arrives in an unsafe condition, please contact us at hello@bombaypizza.co.uk within 24 hours. We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
