Is Bombay Pizza By Post halal?
Yes! All our ingredients, including meat and toppings, are 100% halal.
How does Bombay Pizza By Post work?
We par-bake the pizza bases, fully cook the toppings, chill them, shrink-wrap them and ship them to you with next day delivery.
The pizzas are packed in an insulated box with ice gels keeping them chilled for 48 hours.
When your pizza arrives, all you need to do is finish baking it at home for a fresh, gourmet experience.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to mainland UK.
How do I cook my pizza?
Preheat your oven to 200°C. Place the pizza on the middle shelf and bake for around 10 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is bubbling. Enjoy!
How long will my pizza last?
Your pizza is freshly made and designed to be enjoyed as soon as possible. It will last in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 1 month.
How is the pizza packaged?
Our pizzas are shrink-wrapped and packed in a chilled insulated box with gel ice packs, keeping them fresh for up to 48 hours. Once your pizza is made, it is sent out for next-day delivery. Please refrigerate as soon as you receive your order.
Do you cater to allergies?
We handle common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and nuts in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that our pizzas are free from cross-contamination. Please check the ingredients list before ordering.
Can I customise my pizza?
At the moment, we offer a set menu of pizzas, but we’re always open to feedback. Let us know if there’s a topping combination you'd love to see!
What if I have an issue with my order?

Refund & Returns Policy – Bombay Pizza By Post
1. Can I return my pizza?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. What if my pizza arrives damaged or spoiled?
If your pizza arrives damaged, spoiled, or in unsatisfactory condition, please email us at bombaypizzauk@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include:
1) Order number
2) Photo of the issue (damaged packaging, spoiled food, etc.)
We will review your claim and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
3. What if my order is delayed in transit?
We ship our pizzas using next-day delivery, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues. If your order is significantly delayed and arrives warm or in an unsafe condition, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement or refund where necessary.
4. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled dispatch. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.
5. What if I provided the wrong delivery address?
Please ensure your delivery details are correct before placing your order. We cannot offer refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to help.
6. What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
Our pizzas are packed to stay fresh during transit, but they need to be refrigerated upon arrival. If you miss your delivery and the package is left outside for too long, we cannot be held responsible, and refunds will not be issued.
7. How long does it take to process a refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
